He has more than 25 years of experience in developing and managing trading systems. For the first 10 years of his career he worked with TCS, Bank of NY Mellon, Prudential Asset Manager and Accenture developing systems to trade financial instruments. His last day job was as head of CTRM systems at Olam where he developed and implemented CTRM (Commodities Trading & Risk Management) and ERP systems. Passionate about emerging technologies, Saurabh also sits on the Industrial Advisory Board of Kingston University. In his spare time Saurabh can be found desperately trying to improve his Elo rating on Chess.com

Seema is extremely passionate about operations and has worked most of the time in operations execution, process improvement and business consulting with big organizations such as Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Worley Parsons, KPMG. In her past roles she has worked into variety of projects such as commissioning of crude oil refinery, implementing workshare concept for a global organization to reduce cost for competitive bidding, improve efficiency of chemical plants to increase the profit margins and developed market entry strategy for a firm to enter specialty chemicals sector. She is a chemical engineer and process improvement consultant with green belt in six sigma and certified project management professional from PMI. In her spare time, she loves to sing aloud and play badminton.

Emmanuel is an extremely dedicated sales professional with experience across a plethora of industries. He has worked with companies such as NET-A-PORTER, Christian Louboutin and most recently headed up the key account management team at Anyvan, the UK’s largest removals company. Across a range of different projects Emmanuel has shown why he is a strong leader and can motivate his team to achieve set goals. He is a self-starter, who studied a Business Economics Degree, and went on to become a qualified Project Manager, achieving his PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification also. He is keen to hit the ground running at Phlo Systems and learn the ins and outs of TradePhlo and help this system grow exponentially over this first year.

With a background of 9 years in retail, he transitioned to the commodity trading space in 2015.
